buying deut 2kk

looking for probably 2-2.5kk deuterium. I can pay with metal. 2.5:1 okay?
in g8, but I'll ship anywhere.
this is for astro 13 and mobilizing my fleet to be an enforcer and guard of NATO
. if I work up enough crystal I can offer a little, but there aren't any promises on that (still need about 2kk more of that too)

well then...... on a scale of one to ten, how much do you want the metal? (1 being it'll sit until you have too much and build RL or armor tech, 10 being you actually need some metal)
